This is the newest family member, bug eater.


This belargonium I got from my grandmother when I moved to my first flat 5 years ago.
I have been cutting it and pot on many times.

apple tart

Am visiting some friends today so I baked apple tart. This is my mothers recipe
and its really simple to do. Perfect just like that
or with some whipped cream or ice cream.




whip together 1 egg and 1 dl sugar
add 2 dl flour,
1 dl sour cream
1 teaspoon cooking soda
keep beating up until its all mixed.

wipe cake pan with butter, pour mix in and lay out apple slices.
on top shake some sugar and cinnamon and
bake in 200'-220'c until it looks perfect :)

has been my breakfast for last month. just some real butter on top and its perfect!

Maria Valdma

Maria Valdma is maybe better known from F.F.F.F. or her work in gallery HOP, but am so impressed of her going solo.


Maria's solo exhibition "Dust" is as fine as dust, but definitely not as boring. I love to look the fine details, engraving and that just everything is in so right place.


Makes me happy to know that until 12 of October I can enjoy exhibition of Maria Valdma at my work every day.

hmmm.... of course cakes are best when they are home made, but am a real "cafe dante" and enjoy eating out too. Less mess and I don't even need to do the dish washing afterwords.

In Tallinn, I love to go to Chocolaterie Pierre in old town. I can forget myself there for hours eating truffles and reading magazine's.

Am a city girl but I really love good view. Would love to see this from my appartment window. Even just looking this picture makes me so relaxed.

I made this picture in Norway, Alta, after climbing for hours.
