What will I do in Fasting camp?


Daily routine:


7.30 - 10.00 checkup by Doctor

10.00 - 11.00 gymnastics

11.00 - 12.00 lecture ( about fasting and nutrition)

12.00 - 19.00 free time, hiking, swimming, sauna, curative measures

19.00 - 20.00 conversation

20.00 sauna


For me this will be more like sport camp, but of course its all unforced, if you don't feel like it you don't need to do all of it. I have heard that first 3 days can be bad. But I hope I can get best out of the clean countryside by hiking and having some relaxing spa on my free time.
